Need to verify that why turbo tax told my that my 2017 return had already been done by turbo tax. When i tried to sign in to do it Turbo tax website told me it had already been filed. Since I believed this was not true, I manually did and submitted my 2017 to the Irs. Now they have sent me a letter stating that because of the changes to my 2017, I owe $600. I need to talk to someone on the phone
