Is there a way to remove a bank after I clicked their affiliated link?

If you just signed in to your account, you can just close the window that opened for your bank and return to TurboTax. If you already downloaded the form and you would like to delete the form:

Open your return.
Go to Tax Home
Select Tax Tools in the left menu
Click on Tools
A pop-up will come out called Tool Center
Select Delete a form
Select Delete next to the Form 1099 that you want to delete
