I stopped receiving IDNotify Emails, despite buying the MAX protection again this year (2021). Whenever I try to log in through the SSO link in previous emails OR when I click on "Login to your Experience IDNotify Account" via my MAX Benefits it seems to go through an SSO protocol and then kicks me to this website (ttlc.intuit.com) where it says "Real Money Talk". When I go directly to the ID Notify website (after having logged in to TurboTax) it says " You have successfully logged out of IDnotify. If you’d like to log in again, click here." with a link that serves an ERROR 20 "The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout." From what I can tell, it appears that the Experian SSO client does not include the correct TurboTax IPs through their Firewall. " If you’re the owner of this website Check if your origin server is up & running properly. Make sure that Imperva IPs are allowed in your web server firewall and in the firewall deployed in front of your web server. For details, see Imperva IP addresses. " Can someone please help?
