Although you no longer are subjected to a penalty for not having health insurance, health insurance coverage is still recommended.
The premium credit is still available and reportable for tax purposes.
To access IRS form 1095-A entry, follow these instructions.
Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
Across the top of the screen, click on Deductions & credits.
Scroll down to Medical. Click Show more.
Under Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click Start / Revisit.

It generally takes from 4-24 hours for a return to reject. The license is mainly for identification purposes and will facilitate the id verification process.
Normally, IRS does not reject the return if the Driver's License is omitted, but some states require it for electronic filing.

If you are on the Desktop, Premier version, the forms may be viewed in forms mode. It seems you may not have selected the data file that has your information.
How to find your tax data file:
Select the Start Menu and select search or use Cortana search if you're using Windows 10.
Search for *.tax2019 (or whichever year you are searching for, *.tax2018,*.tax2017, etc.).
Don't double-click the tax file in the search results to open it. This can cause errors.
In the search results, copy the file's location or path. By default, TurboTax saves tax files in the My Documents TurboTaxfolder.
After locating the path to the tax file on your computer, open your tax return using the same version of TurboTax for that year

I recommend signing into TurboTax on google or your computer. Sign out of the APP in order to view the expanded screens.
If you changed your mind about MAX, you can remove it as long as you haven't already paid for it.
When you're in your return:
Select File in the left-hand menu.
Continue until you get to Step 1, Review your order, then select Start.
When you get to your order summary, select Remove under Max Benefits.
On the following screen, select Remove MAX.

Try this again to revisit the 2018 AGI section in TurboTax Online:
Sign in and open your return, if you haven't already done so.
From the left menu, select File (tap in the upper-left corner to expand the menu on mobile devices).
Select Start, revisit Steps 1 and/or 2 to activate Step 3).
Select I want to e-file.
Continue until you see the place to enter/modify your 2018 AGI.
If this continues not to work, contact customer support. To get live customer support for your TurboTax product you need to contact Intuit customer service. To call Intuit support you need to dial 1-800-446-8848 (1-800-4-INTUIT)

In order to transfer your data, please follow these steps:
Launch TurboTax 2018 and click Start a New Return (or go to File in the upper left corner and select New Tax Return).
Don't select Continue, as transferring is only available on new, empty returns.
Click the Transfer Return button on the Good News! screen.
You can also click Browse and in the pop-up window, select All Files (*.*) from the drop-down at the bottom. Then, in the left pane, browse to wherever you stored your 2018 return and click Open.

You are considered Single for the entire year if you are divorced on or before December 31, 2019.
