My husband and I have a rental suite i our house.  There are two other rental property forms open in our file that I cannot get rid of. T776?  Turbo tax tells me that I need to remove the partnership amount.  I CANNOT seem to do what it want so I can file.  We did have a second rental property years ago but only have one now.   HELP!!  Thank you!!!

It is possible that you never entered that it was the last year of that specific rental property, and the system thinks that you still have it. You should be able to open up the T776 that is not needed, then go to the top of the return, click on Edit-Forms-Clear current form, and then go back to Edit-Forms-Close Unused Forms. Any forms that you have listed that are not needed, please be sure to follow the same instructions above to delete each one.
