This is a user community forum. We don't know what you're asking about or what call you are referring to. Did you recently request a call from TurboTax Support?
This is a public Internet forum. You should not post any personal info. No one from TurboTax Support will phone you through this forum, but scammers/spammers might. It looks like the forum privacy filter removed your phone number for your protection.
What question do you have about preparing and filing a 2019 return? Do you have the 2019 desktop software (CD/download) installed on your computer? A 2019 return cannot be prepared online. Or did you start a 2019 online return last year and now want to download the *.tax2019 data file and finish it now in the desktop software?
Also, a 2019 return cannot be efiled, it has to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed in postal mail.
