If you are having problems with the program loading slowly or freezing, please try clearing your cookies and cache. For instructions please click the following links: Clear Cookies & Clear Cache. If this does not work, I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection.

I am having the same problem.  I have deleted all history and cookies, and tried different browsers.

Please help, I have already paid, and am not able to file.

Thanks

Your suggestion for clearing Cache and Cookies seems to have worked well.  Thanks.

The same thing is happening to me this year! I have spent 16+ hours on the phone with TT agents including supervisors and not one of them could figure out how to get my account to go to the online store to check out and pay the e filing fee.  I even had on agent who processed the fee but I still couldn’t bypass the window to e file.  So now I have paid for the e file but can’t actually e file which was the whole point of using TT.  This year has been a nightmare from downloading the software needing to input the activation code to finalizing the taxes.  I’ve decided to use another software (which actually was much easier)…done in less than an hour.  I have spent over $100 with TT (two different softwares + e filing fee) and couldn’t file my taxes unless I mailed them which wasn’t what I wanted.  Will try to get my refunds in the next couple of days.  Hoping I don’t encounter any problems.  Just beware of Turbo Tax.  This e filing freeze has been going on for a long time and really the agents have no clue how to get the software past this page if your software freezes on that page.

Sorry for the frustration; please take a look at this FAQ @Glfdiva.

Same is happening to me I’ve talked to tech support twice. Clearing browser and cookies doesn’t work. Using a different device doesn’t work. Logging in and out doesn’t work. Support does not know what they are doing and cannot help. Don’t waste your time and just move on to a more reliable company
