If this bonus was included as income on your W-2 and you've already entered that W-2, then no further input is required.

If this bonus was reported on a Form 1099-MISC, you can enter it as follows: 

1. Click the Federal Taxes tab
2. Click Wages & Income
3. Scroll down to the 1099-MISC and Other Common Income section
4. Click the blue Show More in this section
5. Click Start (or Revisit) next to Income from Form 1099-MISC
