We don't know how/where you prepared your 2018 return. You didn't say. Here's some general info.
See the following FAQ and video:
FAQ: How do I find last year's AGI?

If you used Online TurboTax last year, log in, and at the Tax Home scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section and choose tax year 2018. Then look for a link "Download/print the PDF" or "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"
If you used Online TurboTax, but you're not able to find the 2018 online return in that same account you're using for 2019, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

Your best option is to look at your copy of the 2018 return that Jackson Hewitt should have given you.
See the following FAQ and video for some info on where to find it on your return:

You'll find your 2018 AGI on your copy of the 2018 tax return you should have been provided by Jackson Hewitt. The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Form 1040, Line 7.
Or you may be able to download a free 2018 tax return transcript from the IRS if you qualify to open an IRS account:

You have to ask Jackson Hewitt how to get another copy of your 2028 return. You should be able to log into your JH account and download a copy of your return.
Last years agi 2018, they keep telling me my email is not formatted right! It is.

Can I get this information from my employer?
@Rayder1992 Your 2018 AGI is not on your W-2, and your employer will not have it.

Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 7
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2018
If entering the amount from your 2018 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2018 AGI may not be in the system.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1944348-how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online
Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.
Please see the following for instructions on getting your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
