When I transferred my 2022 return (it transferred successfully), none of my information transferred over to my 2023 return. Am I doing something wrong? Or TT's issue?

The 2023 return asks me for my personal info (instead of it already being filled in).

I know how to transfer the file (Tax Return 2022). I can locate it on my laptop when prompted by the 2023 TurboTax Desktop software. But after I transfer the file (it does say the transfer is successful), none of 2022 information appears on the 2023 return. I know because I have to type in my name, SS#, etc. instead of those fields already pre-filled with 2022 info. Please help!
