Why sign in to the Community?

When I first log into TurboTax, it shows I have two accounts. When I tried to log into the correct account, it keeps routing me to the other account. Any suggestions?

You may have to take few steps.

 

First, follow the steps in how can I view all of my TurboTax accounts to determine what accounts are listed under your profile.

 

Once you have determined which accounts you have, you will need log into that account to proceed.

 

If the first step does not get you into the correct account, you may need to use the account recovery tool to access the correct account.  Please follow the instructions on this link to assist you.
