If you are going to mail your return it will print out with mailing instructions that tell you what to include and where to mail it.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Remember that federal and state returns must go in separate envelopes to different addresses.

If you are required to mail your return, TurboTax will print a cover sheet telling you what you need to send and the address to mail it too.
You will mail the Federal and state returns to separate addresses. Remember to sign and date both, or you may receive them back from the IRS or state Department of Revenue. Attach to the returns, copies any W2s, 1099Rs, and any other form with withholding.
You can sometimes go through the state or Federal returns so that you can e-file the returns. I recommend looking at why the return is required to mail in and see if you can correct the issue and e-file.
So I e-filed my return, then after, turbo tax says I need to print out and mail some documents. What is the exact address for me to send them to?

Having to mail document after e-filing a tax return is extremely uncommon. Which documents need to be mailed?

If you e-filed the federal tax return then you would not be asked to mail a Form 1040 or any worksheets by the TurboTax program. Where are you seeing this request? Did you get a notice from the IRS?
The notice came from the turbo tax website itself. I never received my return last year, I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.
No, not receiving the 2021 tax refund would not have anything to do with this.
Did you receive an email from TurboTax that the 2022 e-filed tax return was accepted by the IRS?

As of right now it keeps rejecting because it's saying my AGI is incorrect, but I know it is. I have resent it 3 times now.
Did you try entering 0 for AGI?
ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2021 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Especially if you mailed it. That works for most people. See,

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
