Unable to Install 2024 TurboTax Files due to internet is not connected

I couldn't install 2024 TurboTax, and the error message was "Internet is not connected".

Internet is connected to my computer.

What could be the reason? Appreciate it!

Here are some suggestions to help you get TurboTax 2024 installed:

 

  • Close out of TurboTax and restart the program
  • Run the program as Administrator
  • Reset your Internet Connection
  • Check firewall setting
  • Make sure Windows is updated
  • Last resort- uninstall and reinstall the software
