Two years in a row. Last year they made it right. This year they took what they said I did not have to pay fees.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. As I did not receive what I was told was false on the billing to file my in come tax. And the IRS sent to Turbo was they were supposed to. But their billing department did not care to what was agree’d on .And took it upon themselves to add charges that was not agreed on. I will never use them again. And will tell people BEWARE
