Turbotax won't open on the Mac after an update ?

removed the program and installed again same problem

I am still unable to get turbo tax to run.

To get your TurboTax Desktop Software to open after an update, you will need to remove the software and reinstall it. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information, Remove and reinstall TurboTax for Mac. What I find works, is to skip step 1, remove the other files, go back to Applications Folder, right-click, Click Open, and it should open.

 

If that doesn't work, some users have had success in creating a new user account on their MAC and opening their TurboTax Desktop Software from this new user account that was created.

Apple care fixed the problem. Tax would run with a new user account which led to finding a problem in the cache.

I have the same issue now. I remove it and reinstall and still have the same issues.  Do you know if we call for assistance? Thank you!
