I am locked out of my account since yesterday. I need to get back in to sign and file my taxes. Yesterday the account froze, had chat help, but could never get back in. Need to get in and see if it will work now.
Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
