TurboTax downloaded on Windows 11. Activation page hangs. Unable to activate.

I've already clicked the Properties tab and am running the program as an administrator. I've already tried the Troubleshoot tab as well.

I am running Windows 11 and had this problem.  Activation process pops a blank white dialog which is unresponsive for several minutes.  Eventually you see text and buttons in the dialog, but those too are unresponsive for several minutes.  I was trying to paste activation code, hit enter, etc., but there was no response.  Eventually after several more minutes the program simply opens and works correctly without ever actually accepting the activation code.  NOTE: I do have this year's version installed on an older (slower, Windows 10) laptop, but was trying to install software on the new one (Windows 11) and finish tax prep there.

Now I am getting another blank white dialog when trying to submit finished forms for e-file.  So far it has yet to finish that process.  Hopefully that eventually finishes as well...

The article is about downloading.  I had no issues with the download.

Let's try the steps in our Turbo Tax FAQ as it appears you are getting a blank activation screen.

This is a brand new Samsung laptop with all Windows and optional drivers updated.  Not sure what else I can change.

Video hardware is Intel Iris Xe graphics.  Dropping resolution does not help.  Looks like Intel may have some drivers that are not Samsung's version.  Might try those.
