You can downgrade by clearing and starting over (this will erase all the info you’ve entered in your return so far).
Keep in mind: You won't be able to do this if you've already submitted payment or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.
Know that each version of TurboTax is designed to handle different tax situations and their associated forms. While you’re welcome to downgrade, you may miss some features—and you’ll be prompted to upgrade when those features are needed.

You can print and not file electronicly. Filing for Federal is free. Filing for state costs money.
Of course, you still have to get it postmarked by midnight tonight or get a penalty. I would pay the money and plan ahead next time.
