TRANSMISSION ERRORS: SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, TURBO TAX HAS NO RESPONSE FOR THIS ISSUE !!!!!!!

@BIGBOY502  It is possible that the IRS does not have your 2023 AGI in their database.  Enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

AGI NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH, I HAVE CHECKED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND IT STILL NOT ACCEPT THE EFILE. WHAT WOULD CONTINUE TO DO THIS ? HELP

We're experiencing Internet transmission problems, Your transmission didn't go through. Intuit's Electronic Filing Center did not receive your return(s).

I have tried again, I have rebooted my computer (which worked to e-file 2 weeks ago).  Still error persists,

Are you Efiling your Federal and State returns separately?  If so, here's more info on Filing Federal and State Returns Separately.

 

Make sure you have disabled all anti-virus software (including modem), are using TurboTax on your C drive (including saved files), and are running as Administrator.

If you're using TurboTax Online, try closing the program, clearing your Cache and Cookies and retry.  This usually resolves Efile errors.

 

If you're having the issue Efiling state, try deleting your state, redownload, and step through the state interview to repopulate it.  Here's How to Delete a State in TurboTax Online and How to Delete a State in TurboTax Desktop.

I shut everything down and rebooted my laptop, tried again and it did go through.
