When I purchase the software it said covered for the eFile for the State Return, but at the end of it I'd to pay another $24.99 for E-filing the State Return ???

The Desktop version includes one free State program not a free e-file, there is a charge to e-file a state return. The Desktop software only includes 5 free Federal e-files. To avoid the e-file charge you can mail in the state return.
