Received a 1099-Misc from State Street Retiree Services that her late husband setup and turbo tax wants to treat this as self employment income, is this correct?

Gosh, they make you run through a ton of screens...but heres what worked for me.
Top of the screen
My Account > Tools > Topic Search > enter 1099MISC in the box
enter the Payer and the Federal ID # shown on the form CONTINUE
fill the amount in Box 3 CONTINUE
describe the reason...I put Other Income CONTINUE
None of these apply CONTINUE
No It Didnt involve work like my main job CONTINUE
I got it in 2016 CONTINUE
No It didn't involve an intent to earn money CONTINUE
Do you have another 1099MISC NO
Then Click DONE
Now the amount shouldn't show it as self employment income
