can not efile 1040 Went online to updates. said it was updated but still can no efile.
message says cannot efile because software not up to date, but have tried multiple times, no update and still cannot efile... please help

That magical fix did not work. Don't waste your time. i spent over 2 hours with support on the phone and jumped thru a bunch of hoops. Still does not allow eFile without an up which it cannot get.
Been using TT for years - this is the last time.
I can't believe intuit shipped a broken product. I paid money for this and I have tried all of the fixes on the forums for this issue. It still doesn't work. After 15+ years of using this product there will not be another. The answer from the help line is file by paper or wait for us to get to it. Come on. Lat year I had a glitch to they were able to get around.
