How do I find 2019 quarterly payment vouchers? I need to print them, but cannot find where to access them.

The 1040ES?  The ones you paid in 2019 for your 2019 return? Or the ones you got from your 2019 return to pay estimates for 2020?  If you need to send in the 4th quarter estimates you can fill out a blank one.  Do you know the amount you want to pay?

And you do know that the 1040ES quarterly payments are to prepay the next year tax return?  Not to pay the current tax due. Some people think it's to pay the tax due but then they get a IRS bill saying they have not paid because it is applied to next year.
