Premier vs deluxe

I began filing with the deluxe option. After adding that i had a 1099-DIV and a 1098-T as well as other school deductions, I was told I need to upgrade to the Premier option.  Later I realized that as a dependent I cannot claim my 1098-T or other education expenses.  Can I downgrade back to the deluxe, or is premier still required for my 1099-DIV?

You can enter the 1099Div in Deluxe.  Don't know why you had to upgrade to Premier for any of that.

You can try to downgrade.  But you will have to start over      https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288495

Or There is also The Turbo Tax Freedom website which is free for federal and state.  And has more forms than the Federal Free Edition, like the full 1040 return and Schedules A, B, C , D, E, F, EIC, H, K-1, SE,  etc.
To qualify for the Tax Freedom website  you just need to meet one of these 3 things

AGI $33,000 or less
Active duty military with AGI of $64,000 or less
OR qualify for EIC (earned income credit)

In order to use the Tax Freedom Edition, you have to start it at a special website:
