I am most likely overthinking this, but are there any gift reporting issues when I pay off my own loan early from a bank or other lending institutions that exceeds the annual gift exclusion limit?

No, there are no gift reporting or gift tax or any other tax issues related to paying off a loan early, unless someone gifts you the money to pay it off and it exceeds $19,000.  And it that case the issue is with the person that gifts you the money, not you.
