Over charged for “expert advise” I did not order!

Did you upgrade to online "Live" without realizing?   Did you use the services of a "Live" tax expert?

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons     (BEFORE you e-file) :

 

 

 

 

 

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

If you did not use the Live feature, then call TurboTax support. They will review your record and if the Live had not been used, they will be able to refund the cost of it.
