This is a TurboTax user community forum which can be accessed by anyone with a tax question or a TurboTax software question.  We are all mostly volunteers on this forum, not TurboTax employees.

If you have a question, ask.  And the profanity is not appreciated.

That's an interesting way to ask for help.   I wonder if it works.

Your question is an open announcement of your lack of ability to ask a question and your lack of ability to refrain from profanity.  Perhaps someone you know is more educated and can show you how to aski a question.
