I haven’t submitted my return. How do I go back to line 19 to make sure I entered the correct amount?

Line 19 of what form? You don't enter an amount for line 19 of Form 1040. TurboTax calculates it. What is the amount that you want to check?

Are you using TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software, and which edition (Basic, Deluxe, etc.)? The steps for seeing the amount that you want to check depend on which specific TurboTax product you are using.

I’m using the turbo tax app. The app just asked me about this line 19 regarding a stimulus amount that I received. After I entered the amount it asked me again for EIP 1 or 2 and it says line 16 as I remember.
