To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

I've already paid for my 2019 taxes but cannot access them.  I need to print them out so I can pay them but I don't have a printer and would need to go to the library to print them out so I can mail them with my payment.  Can someone please send me my 2019 taxes I filed to my email [email address removed]

Order number: [removed]
Order date: Aug 05, 2020
Total charges: $121.00

@mccollum-laurie No.  TurboTax does not/cannot mail or email your tax return to you.

I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER—WHAT CAN I DO?

We cannot solve your printer problem for you  If you do not have a working printer, you can access your account from any computer that has internet access and print your return.  So perhaps you need to see if a friend or relative can let you print from a computer with a printer.  Or print it at a UPS place or Staples, etc.

If you used the online version of Turbotax for your 2019 return, you can access your prior year returns using these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account here if you're haven't already.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Your tax returns & documents.
  3. Select the year you want, then select Download/print return (PDF).

The Turbo Tax product that I purchased to do my 2018 tax return is incorrect. How do I request a refund for the product and purchase the correct product?

I have a question. Please comment on the 1-16-22 NFL game Turbo Tax live ad about Stephen. Help me understand why african american stephen takes a mouthful of coffee and at hearing he could have his taxes done for free, he then, shocked I guess, spits rather sprays his coffee in the face of a Caucasian man, unnamed, relationship unsure and somehow this assaulted Caucasian man says "that sounds really good." Help me understand what this is, no not the offer, but the action and intent in the ad.

Personally, I find it racist, repugnant, discriminatory, hateful bigoted, anti white, inflammatory and ironic on the eve of MLK day and black history month that we would be subject to this disgusting garbage.

Tell me, by race, who is the largest purchaser of your product in the United States?

You fools, I will be filing with HR Block.

@wilson53142 Thanks for the post.   I have not seen the commercial you are referring to but agree it sounds dreadful if it is as you describe---especially in the middle of a pandemic.  I have posted about this to the Moderators.
