I submitted my taxes in january, no tax return. tried logging back in. says my account doesnt exist. made a new account and resubmitted taxes now, it says i cant submit

i used the same email address. and everything still nothing, it says i cant transmit due to the same ssn

Can you please clarify, did you already file your 2021 tax return in January under one account and are trying to file again by creating a new account?

yes i already submitted my taxes and january but i didnt get my tax return at all. so when i logged back in to see what was wrong it said my account doesn't exist. i tried using my email and username and it still said the same thing. so i made a new account with the same email that i used before. tried to do my taxes again but at the end it said i couldn’t submit because another person already submitted under the same social security number that person being me 3 months ago. @MichelleLO

Have you checked the status of your federal tax return on the IRS Where's My Refund site? Please see the TurboTax Help Article: When will I get my IRS refund? for more information about the process.

 

Since you are unsure of the status of your returns, please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.  Support will be able to confirm the status of your e-filed return and whether it was accepted or rejected.
