Thanks. These instructions actually came up earlier when I did a search, but they do not seem to get around the problem of the payment. I should only have to pay the difference in price, not have to purchase the download at full price after purchasing the online version.

Yes, aIready paid for online version. I have the option to upgrade to a higher online version, but not to the desktop version.
