I started a return online and hate it. I already paid the fee, so it won't let me clear all and import from last year's desktop version. I just want the desktop versio

How can I just upgrade (pay the difference) to the desktop version?

Thanks.  These instructions actually came up earlier when I did a search, but they do not seem to get around the problem of the payment.  I should only have to pay the difference in price, not have to purchase the download at full price after purchasing the online version.

Yes, aIready paid for online version.  I have the option to upgrade to a higher online version, but not to the desktop version.
