I have MAX benefits. I believe this entitles me to have a professional review my return before I file it. How do i go about getting the review?

MAX does not give you a review.  MAX provides some other benefits.https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/choosing-a-product/help/what-is-max/00/26700

I have the same question about connecting with a tax specialist with Max.  Did you ever get an answer?

@lsnyder4990 Just to clarify, are you trying to learn how to connect with a tax specialist or are you waiting for a tax specialist to contact you back?

MAX is a service that helps you with audit representation and identify protection.  

The IRS conducts tax audits to minimize the “tax gap,” or the difference between what the IRS is owed and what the IRS actually receives. Sometimes an IRS audit is random, but the IRS often selects taxpayers based on suspicious activity. 

TurboTax Live is the service that provides a review of your return.  When you have TurboTax Live the program will ask how you want the LIVE agents to review your return.

One of the reasons that I upgraded to Max was that it included this benefit:

Priority Care—If you need help now, you'll have a shorter wait time to connect to a TurboTax specialist if you need help with your taxes.

The phrasing suggests that you can talk with a specialist for specific questions.  If that is not the case, you should change the phrasing within Max.  If that is the case, how do I connect to a specialist?

Priority Care is a paid service through your Max Benefits.  Although we are not given specific instructions in this Public Forum on how to access your Priority Care expedited phone service, we suggest calling in through the phone number associated with your TurboTax account.  If that does not get you directly into Priority Care service, please ask an phone agent how you may access your paid service in the future.
