I don't really have a question, I just need help with finishing my taxes and submit and it's not letting me do it for free or at all.

You posted your question from online Deluxe Live----which indicates that somehow you chose or strayed into an expensive paid version of the software.    Deluxe Live provides help from a tax expert---which is not free.

If you have not registered, paid or e-filed you can clear and start over in a lower version of the software.
