I don't have access to our 2019 tax returns. I also don't have the 5 digit pin or AGO numbers. How do I file?

It depends.

 

See the following link for more information.  You can use either the 5 digit PIN or your Adjusted Gross Income from your 2018 tax return.

You can log into TurboTax if you used the software in the past and log in to obtain the returns.

The other option is to order copies or transcripts from the IRS.

Again, I don't have access to any of those items. How can I file these taxes today. They were not done by you last year.

If you don't have last year's AGI or the self-select pin that was used to e-file your return, you will have to file by mail.   One of those numbers is needed to e-file.  

 

You may be able to get an online transcript today if you have an account set up on the IRS website.  But if you can't get either of those numbers (you only need one of them), you won't be able to e-file.  

I have everything entered in your form. I don't know what to do without the pin number or AGI number. Please answer me.
