How the hell do I remove this Form 1099-B Worksheet I cannot add or remove entries

To delete the form:

• Log into your account, and then click on My Account on the top of the screen
• Then click on Tools and select Delete a Form
• Scroll through the list of forms and when you find the 1099-B, click Delete next to it
• It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
• The form will be deleted
