Is it really that difficult to type in "CPA" in the digital assistant and actually schedule a call with a CPA? Its almost like you guys are trying to make the process difficult.
Are you using online Live? What software are you using? Only users of online Live can connect with the CPA help.

Last year, I received an email that said my subscription included access to a CPA. I don’t know if I have a Live version or not. I do know I paid extra to have the CPA access. I was able to schedule a call back and get a call from a CPA. I now need to ask a CPA a question, and there is nothing intuitive on the Turbo Tax Online home screen of what to do. Please explain what is the site a turbotax user goes to for CPA access?
