So do I need to start all over?   the only reason that I have stuck with Turbo Tax desktop all these years is that I did not want to lose this data.   Turbo Tax says it imported it and it has my name and address but does not show any amounts from last year this year.   Help!!!!!!!!

Please ensure that you are using the same Turbo Tax account now as you did for the previous filing. You may use the following resource to help determine if you have multiple accounts @mjspannbauer.

If you used the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 then you need to sign onto the 2020 online account with the exact same User ID that you used for the 2019 online account so the 2019 tax data can transfer to the 2020 tax return.
