If you purchased Audit Defense or MAX benefits when you filed, you should have received one via email. Check your spam/junk folders as well. And you should also get an email from TaxAudit.com with the membership details. See below.

And if you are referring to the Audit Support Guarantee, that is included with all versions of TurboTax so there is no separate receipt for it.

I paid for audit defense it has come.out of my charge card and I did not get certificate stating I am covered. Please respond o. This as sa p my email is [email address removed]

If you didn't get the email, check your spam or bulk email folders. The sender's address is AuditDefenseCertificate@taxaudit.com.
