You posted in to the public forum so we can't see where you are at in the program.

However, with your TurboTax Deluxe account, you are entitled to use our SmartLook™ feature for one-on-one guidance. To use this feature in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to TurboTax and continue in your return
2. Click Help at the top right
3. Type a brief explanation of what you need assistance with.
4. You may review some of the suggestions, then click Contact Us at the bottom
5. Then, click to Get a callback
6. Once connected to a specialist on the phone, they will be able to review your entries in the program after you have given them access to your screen
