Getting my 2021 AGI from the IRS

My 2021 Tax Return was filed by paper using TurboTax in Apr 2023 and was accepted and processed. I filed my 2022 taxes, state and federal, and my federal return was rejected due to my reported 2021 AGI supposedly being incorrect.  I had printed out my 2021 Tax Return and verified I had entered the correct AGI for 2021 on my TurboTax 2022 return.  To try and gain access information regarding my Turbotax printout of 2021 taxes, I established an IRS account to access information from my 2021 Tax Account.   I successfully completed that process giving them all the information required, completed a photo face recognition and submitted photos of both sides of my state drivers license which doubles as my federal ID card.  I then logged in to get my reported AGI for 2021.  They wanted a 10 digit ID number from a college tuition office or other such place to gain access to the requested information, but I had no access to the sources they suggested.  As all my returns are completed on TurboTax software, I thought I should seek TurboTax's 10 digit ID, but could not find a way to access that 10 digit ID from TurboTax.  Any suggestions so I can get this process completed?  Thanks so much!

You don't need the AGI since you filed 2021 late  .   ENTER 0 FOR AGI.   The IRS took a long time last year to process 2021 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.  Especially if you mailed it.  That works for most people. See,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
