My current 2022 TurboTax filing has been rejected twice. When completing forms to be filed, TurboTax requires you enter Last Years (2021) AGI. Our Last year return was mailed in and according to our IRS online account, has yet to be posted. I entered the correct AGI on into TurboTax for 2021. Is the return being rejected because the IRS does not have that figure in their system yet? Or is there some other reason. That is all I could think of technically speaking.
Yes, ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2021 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Especially if you mailed it. That works for most people. See,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
