Filed for the last 2 years...says we didn't?!?

I want to know what is going on. We have used turbo tax the last TWO YEARS to file for taxes and neither my wifes account nor mine show that we did. It even says we HAVEN'T filed at all, or not for the last two years. What the heck is going on?

You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

I am concerned something was given incorrectly to the IRS. I have not received my stimulus and there's no reason for that. I heard of an error involving the IRS sending the money to Turbotax by accident, and yet on the phone the representative denied this and wasn't very helpful.
I more than qualify for the Stimulus, so again, it worries me. Before you link me to the IRS page I check it every day and it says 'Status Not Available".

You can use the following link to get a transcript of your tax return from the IRS, then you can review it to verify that they have the correct numbers:
