Desktop version Under Wages & Income
I click Add Investments (I have successfully added several already)
I have no opttion to import this 1099-B so I click Skip Import.
I select the 1099-B box and click Continue
It does NOT ask for my 1099-B info, but instead returns me to the "Let's finish pulling your investment income" page.
On that page is now a reference to the 1099-B with a "Needs Review" red button (unclickable) and a Review button.
I click the Review button.
Again... It does NOT ask for my 1099-B info, but instead returns me to the "Let's finish pulling your investment income" page.

To resolve this, make sure all updates have been run on your program. You can do this by clicking on "Online" in the black bar across the top of your TurboTax screen. And then select "Check for Updates".
The error could also be because both TurboTax Online and TurboTax Desktop support up to 10,000 of any combination of transactions and imports. If your file is larger, you will not be able to import it.
Tyr clicking on the icon that says "add investments" The interface in step/interview mode for entering investment income seems to have been created by a blindfolded child playing with a crayon. Should go back to 2024
I am reading and responding your response very carefully. Please read my complaint equally carefully

Here in Community we do not have the ability to set up a screen share, here are some additional troubleshooting ideas:
