I have tried emailing and calling only to be referred back to your FAQ section which doesn't fix the issue. I have written Twice last year and have yet to receive a reply. I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years with no issues. In 2022 when filing my 2021 Taxes and I was done, your site kept sending me to the Deluxe Site and wouldn't let me back click out and had no other options. I could even close the page or site. Again, I have written Twice last year and asked for a refund of the Deluxe Edition which I do not want. I want my Refund.

It is not clear what you expect a refund for. If you used Deluxe and filed a tax return you have to pay for your software. The fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

This seems to be the Standard at Turbotax, Not resolving problems. I want my Refund for the Deluxe that I didn't want nor used. Tutbotax seems to Not want to keep it long term customers and just blow us off and not help resolving the issues whether it is a refund or a Billing. ONCE again I Did Not Want the Deluxe and Turbotax took my money anyways. 2 letters and No Answer. Going to "Billing" does nothing and doesn't resolve the problem. That is only a FAQ section. Filing a complaint with the BBB and all Government agencies involved. You took money from me for a product I didn't want. I want a REFUND!
