Hi, I received funds over week ago on my turbo card. All I did was link my personal bank account and set my card up to pay my rent which means that “micro” deposits go into the account to verify it. I’ve done it a thousand times with other bank accounts but this one got flagged for unusual activity I guess? Now my account has been locked for a week and I have $1000 sitting in there that I can’t touch. Customer service won’t email me back. I’ve called twice and no one can give me a time frame as to when this might be resolved. My funds could have just been deposited into my normal bank account by this point. How do I get this resolved?
