Can I cancel my filings process and have the charge of the sum $170.00 refunded to my bank account w/o further proceedings necessary?

I want to cancel the  recent tax filing where I was charged $170.00 which a live assistant aided me, where I submitted his suggestions and entered my payment method, but  the charge of $170.00 is very extreme, forcing me to request immediately a full refund.

You can check the fees that were charged to you by TurboTax by following these steps:

• While in your Tax Home,
• Scroll down to Tax Tools,
• Select Tools,
• Select My Fees.

If you haven't already filed your return, then follow these directions to remove any un-wanted charges:

• Remove PLUS Help & Support
• Remove Pay With Your Refund
• Remove Premium Services Benefits
• Remove MAX Defend & Restore
• Remove a state
• Clear and start over to remove all fees and start from scratch.
