Attach W2 copy when filing paper return in Ohio?

Do I attach the state copy of my W2 with my Ohio paper tax return?

TT printed instructions do not indicate that W2 is to be attached, but the Federal 1040 prints with OH return and TT instructions don't specify that it is to be included

I will be filing a nonresident OH return for my college son.  TT printed a copy of his Federal 1040 with the OH documents.  Do I submit this with the OH return?  Do I need to print a copy of his CA return and submit it to OH?
