Previous years, I bought a TurboTax CD and loaded to tax software. I bought a new pc, no DVD player. I would like to download the 2018 Tax Year software, but when I look where to get it there are all sorts of products and different prices. I am confused. And I don't need the CD. There are so many prices and links. I just want to be able to download the Deluxe software and efile.
If you already know that you want to download the Deluxe version:

If you aren't sure which one you want to use, this link will walk you through some determining factors:

You can also always start using the online version for free:

I hope these links help! Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions.
I purchased Turbo Tax for 2018 on-line and filed. I have a order number : TTWC92092534, I have lost the copy that I printed after I filed. I now need a copy for proof of income for Real Estate taxes.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
You say "I purchased Turbotax for 2018 on-line and filed.....", but you do not say whether that purchase was online software or desktop software that you downloaded. We cannot look up an order in the user forum, so we cannot tell what you paid for. If you used online software then the tax file is stored online in your online account, If you purchased desktop software then the tax file is only stored on your own hard drive.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I am trying to re-download my TurboTax software for 2019 and cannot locate the correct site? I have the license code.
@flutterby1254 If you purchased 2019 TurboTax CD\Download through TurboTax, you can access you downloads in your online account.
I purchased this to do the 2018 taxes and cannot access it.
I've dowloaded it and it keeps taking me to 2022 tax season. I want to obtain a refund
Sounds like you are going online instead of opening the downloaded program from your own hard drive. You do not "log on" to use a downloaded program. You just open it from your own hard drive the same way you open any other program that has been installed on your own hard drive. If you are "logging on" that is why you keep ending up in the online 2021 program.
After you downloaded the program did you install it? You bought 2018? Not 2021? Are you on Windows or Mac?
Here's the support article to find the Windows download
How to install Turbo Tax on Windows
just so you are aware as it may save you alot of effort, unless you requested an extenion back in 2019, the deadline to submit 2018 tax year returns to get the refund was April 15, 2022; the IRS won't provide a refund from 2018 any more.
if you rquested an extenion back in 2019, then you have until Oct 15, 2022 to submit the tax return so that you get the refund.
if you owe, then you owe, there is never a deadline.
