Virigina efile loop

Cannot efile Virgina. Constant loop stating "We need to make one more check" , press "continue" and I am brought to "transmit your returns"; select "transmit returns now" and I am brought back to "We need to make one more check."

VERY FRUSTRATING!! Problem now going on for over a week with no end in sight. Called customer support no help

I'm having the exact same issue in 2021 and I've tried that suggested TTCleanState and it does not resolve the issue. The specific problem is NOT one where TT is trying to update the state - the message as the OP described is "We Need to Make One More Check"

When trying to efile a completed VA return - the loop repeats without any way to force override or continue.

If you're using TurboTax Online, sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies, then sign back in. Or, try using a different browser to continue with e-filing your tax return.
